As I've mentioned this morning, today here you have a second post because I didn't want to miss the opportunity of showing you this amazing building surrounded by Victorian houses. the Highpoint building is located in Nightingale street and it was designed and built by Chalk Hill Construction, with a great reputation in the sector because of their contemporary designs and sustainable houses. This group of apartments stands out for having large glazing and south-facing balconies. The façade and its different straight and curved elements result in an aesthetic and functional building. The building has been built and qualified with an energy efficiency rating of 85 - grade B... To give you an idea, my home in Guildford, a Victorian house with a brick façade, has no more than 62, a grade D.
